Do you know how I can add value to your company?Management Information Systems (MIS) graduate from Faculty of commerce, Alexandria university with a third class degree and very good grade .Then from hundreds of applicants I selected to study Digital Marketing in Information Technology Institute (ITI) in Alexandria.I worked for multiple businesses as digital marketing specialist where I learnt a lot about how to work in a team to deliver the best results and deal with customers and stressful situations.after this I take the decision of shifting my career from digital marketing to SAP consulting in the hard time of COVID and again I selected from thousands of applicants to be a Young Professional Program (YPP) trainee with SAP and graduated as a winner with the third highest overall standing.It provide me an intensive training to have global SAP certificates and soft skills trainings to begin my career as a successful Certified Associate SAP Consultant.I selected to have an internship in HSA group where I worked in mega projects for SAP and non SAP systems also I worked in the digital transformation field and I learnt a lot there.I start working in Sutherland as a Helpdesk agent in Mubadala account where I learnt a lot about BPO industry and how to deal with customers, and after ten months I selected to be the virtual trainer of the account where I learned a lot about training and development.I had been chosen by Solutionsplus to be a part of their operations in UAE leading the transition training of SolutionsPlus Helpdesk team with Tafaseel BPO where I learned a lot about mitigation plans and enjoyed the challenge of new team development.
