It was a fabulous journey, and I was one of the camp winners! In Aug 2018, I participated in madiatopia 9th camp.. There, we’d learned how to be a “one-man crew” with a cellphone, how can I catch one idea, put a storyboard, write a script, videography my footage, and record my voiceover.. all with my mobile phone! And it was really a surprise when I’ve been chosen as one of the winners of the ultimate award of this camp.After that, I participated in a lot of workshops and events with mediatopia too..

I was an Intern in the Marketing team at the National training academy in Egypt..It was a great experience, I’d written captions, shot a lot of videos and photographed photos, checked linguistics, reviewed the grammar of the whole Arabic content of the NTA website, and also I volunteered at two events with them, etc.. It was such a pleasure to meet a lot of government officials, governors, and others, such: as Sir Stephane Romate, the french ambassador to Egypt.

Cause of COVID-19, It was a short journey but it was the most precious one! As a non-specialist person at Media Studies, it was so hard to join a job with my hobbies and skills alone! But the dreams came true with belief and keep trying! After the newsroom Internship which was the award of Mediatopia camp! They asked me at Alghad TV, to join a new internship! And after a few months, I became an official employee! I was hired as a producer and in-house reporter! and there, I worked with 4 managers in News and 4 TV shows! Most of my work was at.. -1- “Youm Gadeed” was a morning light program, talking about all the topics and fields.. and in my position.. I was planning, preparing in-house reports, writing scripts, recording voice over and dubbing, making video editing, and also Preparing interviews with our studio guests. -2- “AlNashra AlFanyia”, was a light program that focus on Art, like movies, songs, and celebrity news.. and I was a producer too, with some new requirements, like planning and handling the control room in the Program studio with the director..And unfortunately, I lost my job with the first wave of Coronavirus and the economic crisis..It was a real value and a great lifetime experience!

It’d started as an award for being one of the winners of the ultimate award in MediaTopia 9th camp.. At AlGhad TV Channel, I began as a news editor in the newsroom then as a producer at the “Youm Gadeed” program then “AlNashra AlFanyia”
