About Fatma Şen
I started my carrier as R&D Engineer in Kros Automotiv Industry I concentrated specific rubber recipe in order to achieve VW specification. Also, I examined all of the technical drawing which is sent by customer and read all of the material and test releated specification. Moreover, I attend feasibility study and problem solving teams. After I leave this job, I continue to my career as Project and method engineer in Polmar Automotive Industry. I worked on lean manufacturing activity like 5S, kaizen, SMED. I prepared standart operation cards and machine instructions also give education to the blue collar workers. I contributed to the APQP process during new product start up. Currently, I'm working as Quality Assurance Engineer in Brisa Bridgestone Sabancı Lastik A.Ş. I join quality assurance system improvement activity. I prepare QTR report for each quality trouble and conducting root cause analysis activity in order to solve permanently. I'm also conducting internal audits according to ISO 9001 standart.
