Having a bachelor’s degree in psychology, I have enrolled in an MSc in Artificial Intelligence Engineering program to integrate my skills in psychometric analysis and organizational psychology with artificial intelligence techniques to contribute to business analysis, organizational structures, and product design. I took part as an intern in the Facial Recognition Project supported by TÜBİTAK. In this project, we sought an answer to the question of how individuals perceive faces. My main task was to provide communication and organization with the participants. Selecting the participants according to the appropriate criteria, arranging appointments and putting them into practice in the laboratory were among my duties. But the most important contribution of this internship to me was the opportunity to see how things work behind the scenes of a large‐scale project.

Brain Dynamics Multidisciplinary Research and Application CenterIn this research laboratory; I took part as an intern in research, especially with the elderly, examining disorders such as Alzheimer's and social or cognitive skills. I performed different tasks such as collecting data on the questionnaires, communicating with the participants, preparing them for the EEG process. From the EEG data in the research of my teachers, I got information such as how to clean these data from noise and how to read them. I learned the application of neuropsychological assessment in individual interviews. During this internship, Igained new perspectives on different aspects of advanced adulthood, as well as gained knowledge and experienced the application of EEG many times.
