With over 25 years of work experience in human resources, I am currently the Human Resources Manager at Cevher Jant, a leading manufacturer of aluminum wheels. In this role, I oversee the industrial relations, new business development, and social compliance functions of the company, working with various stakeholders and partners to ensure the well-being, performance, and growth of our employees and business. I have a bachelor's degree in English Literature and a certificate in Computer from Merced County College respectively.
