I supervise the meticulous preparation of financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement, Cash Flow statement, and other regulatory statements. Additionally, I ensure the timely and precise processing of accounts payable, analyze payment trends, and monitor aged payables.Payroll and Reconciliation:In adherence to compliance requirements, I guarantee the accurate and prompt processing of payroll for our clients. Moreover, I oversee the reconciliation of bank and credit card statements to ensure the correct recording of all transactions.Specialized Services and Consultancy:FATPOS offers specialized services to cater to specific client needs. I play a crucial role in tax planning, assisting clients in designing tax-efficient structures and strategies. Furthermore, I supervise the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial models, providing valuable insights to clients for effective financial planning and decision-making.Process Documentation & Automation:To enhance operational efficiency, I am responsible for documenting various processes within our clients' businesses. This ensures continuity in case of employee turnover or absence.ERP Suggestion & Integration with E-commerce Platforms:I guide our clients in selecting the most appropriate accounting software based on their business size and nature. Moreover, I oversee the integration of accounting software with various e-commerce platforms such as PayPal, Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce.

As an Audit Intern, my role primarily involved performing various audit procedures and providing support in the consolidation of financial statements in accordance with both Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Indian Accounting Standards (IFRS). I actively participated in the planning and execution of limited reviews and tax audits, ensuring adherence to relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.One of my key responsibilities was to review compliances with statutory and regulatory requirements, verifying that the organization was following the necessary guidelines and rules. I assessed the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and identified any gaps or weaknesses in these controls, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.I also assisted in the preparation of financial statements, audit reports, and audit committee presentations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards. During the course of my internship, I actively engaged with the management team, discussing audit observations, and ensuring their understanding of and compliance with audit recommendations.In addition to the above, I evaluated and verified the accuracy of transactions for certification purposes, ensuring that financial records were reliable and trustworthy. Specifically, I had the opportunity to conduct an audit of the treasury division of a bank, where I focused on assessing the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions within that division.Throughout my role as an Audit Intern, I applied my knowledge of auditing principles and techniques, while also gaining hands-on experience in financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and compliance evaluation. I worked closely with senior auditors and learned to effectively navigate audit engagements, contribute to the development of audit programs, and exercise professional skepticism in carrying out my duties.
