I am a Mental Health Content Creator and healthcare administrator with a background in psychology, neuroscience, and over five years of experience in medical recruitment and education. I currently create educational content to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma, while managing postgraduate medical training programs at Health Education England. My work involves streamlining processes, supporting trainee development, and coordinating placements. I hold a BSc in Psychology with Neuroscience, where my research explored how education can mitigate cognitive decline in individuals at genetic risk for Alzheimer's. I am currently pursuing an MSc in Mental Health, Cultural and Psychiatry, further deepening my expertise. I am passionate about mental health advocacy and enhancing healthcare systems.
