- Created reports, cost estimate plan (RAB), S Curve, and BAST- Performed general administrative duties, filing document and archive all administration related to project- Create a schdule and project implementation timeline- Organize internal and external meetings and prepare required documents- Ensured all payment documents third party must be completely and properly approved with proper supporting document- Create daily, weekly, and project reports that encompass ( JSA (Job Safety Analysis), General Work Permit Reports, Working At Height, and Hot Work Permit )- Revise the revised results that were changed during the meeting- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.- Make a Minutes Of Meeting (MoM)
