• Help design, validate, and implement high throughput NGS and qPCR-based assays using various types of automated high throughput equipment.• Deploy cell-based models and assays to screen drug candidates.• Participate in the development and scaling of various in vitro assays.• Collect, interpret data, and present research updates to different project groups.

• Collaborate on SOPs revisions and drafts as needed to adjust for process improvement initiativesand regulatory changes.• Review SOPs at set intervals and sign-off to document knowledge of these procedures.• Document and assist with investigations for non-compliance events via Non-Conformance Reports(NCRs), Corrective Action/Preventative Action (CAPAs) and other reports.• Perform responsibilities of a Molecular Technologist I under limited supervision.• Assist with training initiatives for current and new employees.

• Perform complex testing (i.e., hybridization capture, library construction, extraction) in compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory standards of CLIA, FDA, and CAP with limited supervision.• Manage solution and reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, and handling of patient specimens.• Follow standard operating procedures and good documentation practices while working in the laboratory.• Assist with training of employees on liquid assay processes.• Operate automated 8-span and 96-head liquid handling platforms for sample processing.

• Help stock inventory in the lab, organize/set up new workstations.• Follow instructions defined in SOPs, prepare labware for automated protocols.• Prepare reagents and solutions, scan and file specimen slides.
