The internship was carried out at UPT Balai Yasa Lahat PT KAI Indonesia (Persero) which is a place to repair railway facilities such as locomotives, trains and carriages.- Conducting a potential hazard assessment using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method in the waste management unit of Balai Yasa Lahat.- Inspecting and repairing the use of safety signs in the workshop area of Balai Yasa Lahat.- Inspected Light Fire Extinguishers (APAR) in all work areas of Balai Yasa Lahat.- Inspected workers for compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment.- Conducting routine Safety Talk activities to various work units.- Participate in Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Perkeretaapian (SMKP) audit activities.
