Import Export Apprentice
CurrentSales Operations & Logistics:- Process customers’ enquiries, orders from the quote to the shipment- Process orders, arrange shipments, follow-up until the delivery- Record Customer’s and maintain the customer’s database- Work closely with the Business Developers based in Europe, Asia and USA.- Maintain the Product database- Manage and Follow up RMA (Return of Materials)Production & Supply Chain:- Work closely with the Industrialization and Production Department- Take part in the Weekly Production & Monthly Forecasts Planning- Meet all operations process- Maintain the Suppliers’ database- Work with the production department for the supply chain- Support the company for Purchase Orders (PO)- Follow up the flows with sub-contractors- Launching of new productsOperation :- Follow up or set up KPIs to monitor the flows- Follow and Improve logistics flows- Implementing, improving process in Customers and Supplier’s orders & set-up new ones- Maintain the inventory
