I started as Sweeper Operator in 2002 after 12 months I was promoted to be a crew supervisor for about 6 years occasionally working different shifts as needed to better serve the company and I was promoted to be the sweeping department's manager after 2 years I started managing the striping department as well. At that point my manager was my leader he always had an answer to my questions and the support I needed on 2013 there were a few changes in the company upper management and I had to switch gear's so I am currently a night striping Forman and leaning new things every day.
