• As part of the Senior Advisory team I have been able to contribute to many innovative initiatives in the retail sector for prominent clients, both national and international • I worked on the design and implementation of ERP and CRM transformation projects for important market players• As part of different consultancy projects I helped to deliver value in complex areas of integration and mergers between important operators in the market

• Contributed towards solidifying the brand’s position as one of the major multichannel Italian retailers• Project-managed the global redesign and implementation of new ICT architecture to support the strong growth of the business• Led major technological innovations: from the introduction of self-checkout systems (the first in Italy) to the creation of one of the very first grocer e-commerce sites, from the introduction and launch of loyalty and CRM programs through to re-engineering internal processes

• I was part of the launch and development of one of the most relevant players in Italy within the IBM eco-system• I participated in the first major "disruptions" of the digital landscape, the advent of Personal Computing, networking and finally the Internet• I took part in the IBM School of Business Management• I was lucky enough to cover many roles (both technical and managerial) always having the opportunity to work with ambitious clients, looking to innovate their businesses as if in a true start-up environment.
