In Alcon, I worked as Corporate Business Partner supporting the CFO and the Business Unit Heads in all strategic decision making, in order to achieve sales, costs target and helping employee on accounting, taxation and reporting issues. In Fitesa I worked as Plant controller directly reporting to the Finance Manager and CEO. I was responsibleof monthly closures under IFRS accounting principles and group Finance Policies. I worked actively on thebudget, forecast and strategic plan of financial statements and cash flow. I worked autonomy on sales, fixed, variable and plant costs reports, cash flow and investments, KPI, preparing monthly presentation where I explained the significant drivers. I delivered to Auditors and Corporate Local GAAP consolidated financial statement.In ASG Supercoductors, I work in Genoa reporting the performance of the three-business unit to the holding (Hofima SpA). Evaluating “energy fusion” orders, “high energy physics” commissions and MRO diagnostic imagine machines.
