Director of Human Resources• Assist departments on EEOC objectives; counsel managers, supervisors and employees in handling evaluations, interpersonal problems and assist in achieving conflict resolution,• Updating Employee Manuals, Performance Appraisals, & HR Policies and Procedures, • Serving as the primary HR advisor and coach to managers in people management, diversity training, staffing, retention and all other relevant HR practices,• Implementation of processes needed to insure compliance with state and federal labor laws,• Development and communication of HR policies/procedures to ensure team receives timely accurate information and all concerns are responsively addressed,• Recruitment and selection of high performance staff, • Administer performance annual review program and conduct wage surveys,• Assist Managers with exit interviews as needed,• Administrate Workers’ Compensation claims, • Create and maintain the OSHA 300 log and the quarterly loss run report to executives,• Monitor State Unemployment claims,• Prepare and maintain written documentation regarding employee’s termination,• Coordinate and assist with investigations of EEO and sexual harassment charges and company response to such charges,• Keep Managers and VPs informed of significant issues as well as those not being addressed adequately at the line of management,• Monitors program efficiency; develops reporting procedures and other methods to establish program accountability and measure success; revises processes and procedures to reflect contemporary approaches to human resource management and to improve program effectiveness,• Negotiate with brokers all medical, dental, vision and life annual open enrollments contracts and rates including 401K and 125 cafeteria plans,• Supervise the Recruiter/Human Resources and Payroll Managers and the Benefits Coordinator
