Lead various initiatives including:- Implementation of native CRM automations (Monday) and Zapier integrations.- Creation and development of the end-to-end customer pipeline (Sales, Customer Success, and Operations) within the CRM.- Deployment of CRM for the Partnerships team (partners, contacts, sponsorship pipeline, etc.).- Oversight and management of the company's complete CRM system.- Establishment of work management boards for multiple areas of the company, encompassing Growth (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Community/Events) and Operations (Legal, Accounting, Tax, Finance, Admin, etc.).- Measurement and analysis of OKRs and KPIs for Growth areas of the company (Sales, CS, Partnerships, Marketing, Community and Events) such as Revenue, conversion funnel, primary lead sources, among others.- Creation of dashboards featuring key metrics for major areas of the company and automated daily reporting.• Coordinated and led Weekly meetings, Daily stand ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives with Growth Leadership team and PM team.• Planned and executed the second edition of Lazo Founders House during Miami Tech Month 2024 (April) alongside the Partnerships and Community team.- Developed and implemented comprehensive project strategies.- Established brand identity and led the creation of the project's landing page.- Managed relationships with sponsors and partners.

• Wrote user stories and new requirements for the tech team, following up on daily tasks and ensuring compliance.• Worked alongside the development team to carry out different initiatives such as Lazo's new landing page and the implementation of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure visits and website conversion. • Designed new components and functionalities of Lazo App with Figma. • Developed and documented the Customer Journey Roadmap with the team's Product Manager.

• Manager of Draper & Lazo Startup House project during Miami Tech Month 2023 (April). • We hosted 10+ events during this month and received 700+ startup founders and investors. With my team, we organized the entire project in less than 3 weeks. • Draper & Lazo Startup House became the hub where founders and investors could connect and strengthen their relationships.• I participated in the Tampa Bay Wave 2023 Tech Diveristy cohort as a representative of Lazo during the first week of the program. I had the opportunity to participate in activities and talks with Key Players of the ecosystem in Tampa and also pitch in front of +100 founders and investors at the welcome dinner.
