Technical coordination with Italian Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC).• Monitor and implement Italian laws in transport and security matters.• Responsible for technical specification production and engineering.• Responsible for trials and validation exercises.• Business Plan definition and implementation in close coordination with International Activities and Corporate Strategy.• Responsible for OPEX expenditure for TLC.• Responsible for the global ENAV TLC infrastructure and coordination with• international infrastructures and operators.• Responsible for HR development for the team. Responsible for Navigation infrastructure optimization.• Responsible for Meteo Network infrastructure.• Responsible for Communication and Data Link development.• Responsible for Cybersecurity (physical) and ITC Security.

• In charge of company reorganization and optimization (usually after acquisitions or disposal/sale) for TLC and Aerodrome Operators; both Italian and international.• Responsible of financial evaluations of JVs and acquisitions.• Responsible of relations with Italian and international institutions.• Responsible of relations with financial institutions of development (Multilateral Investment Banks).• Consultant for the Banco Interamericano Desarollo for the development of the "Atlantic Corridor" project, which involved energy, TLC, Railways infrastructure.

• Responsible of Sales Engineering.• Responsible of all presale’s activities, engineering, product management and market development across all products and solutions portfolio: voice and data, wireline and wireless; both for carrier and enterprise markets.• Responsible for technical partnership and alliances definition with local companies (System Integrators, End User Applications Developers, AO&M, OSS).• Responsible for managing Italian based R&D Centers & relationship with government (Ministero dell’Istruzione, dell’Università e della Ricerca MIUR).• Responsible for HR recruitment and development.• Responsible for cost/benefit analysis and deal evaluation.
