I’m married, a father-of-two, and have a passion for nature and human development. I'm 40-something and I have spent half my life creating and facilitating learning and collaboration processes. My role as a facilitator is to support leaders and leadership teams in developing the human skills necessary to build collaborative relationships in productive and trustworthy environments. I have an MBA in strategy and I am an aficionado of organizational culture, a systems thinker, historian, and lawyer.
