EEDP is GE's premiere early career leadership program for engineering talent. It consists of 4 rotations/assigments during 2 years across different teams in the business. Participants also take GE's Advance Courses in Engineering where they are required to take weekly classes, solve homework and provide reports with their solutions; this requires 30+ hours of work per week which must be completed outside regular working hours.
