I am a specialized professional in distribution channels with a proven experience working with more than 70 different construction equipment and automotive dealers around the world (Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Africa), including mature and developing markets. In the dealer development area, I have been performing dealer’s assessments, training, processes and system implementation, development of business simulation tools, appointment and termination of distributors.The business acumen acquired in more than 20 years working for multinational companies give me a strategic view about a distribution network which allows me to do a proper correlation between the dealer’s operation, investments and its financial result, in order to meet the expectations of customers and manufacturer.I have resilience in tough situations, using my analytical capability to evaluate new possibilities and find acceptable solutions for conflicts and negotiations.
