- Handling full spectrum of accounts function for active and dormant company including GL, AR, AP, Reconciliation, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, GST & SST Submission and Closing. - Responsible for daily recording double entry/ journal entry into the accounting system (Million Accounting System). - Prepare and issue invoice, payment voucher, journal voucher, petty cash voucher, debit note and credit note. - Maintain proper control record and aging report for Account Receivable and Payables . - Responsible for maintaining collection from clients and payment to the suppliers within payment term frame. - Prepare yearly budget for company's expenses control. - Responsible for proper bookeeping and documentation for yearly audit and taxation purpose. - Ensure timely quarterly submission of Form CP204. - Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary, statutory bodies and other related parties for financial/ company matters. - Generate yearly Financial Report (Statement of Financial Position, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and General Ledger) for directors review before being send to auditor for yearly auditing purpose. - Calculate monthly salary for staff and director including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB - Responsible for veryfing and payment claims to staff. - Prepare and generate yearly EA form for staff and director for submission to tax agent. - Prepare letter to the third parties if admin were not available.

- Provide clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping. - Prepare a full set of management accounts- Manage and do submission of client GST to the Customs- Using Million accounting software.
