RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for all IT related operations and maintenance of the company and subsidiary. • Responsible for the configuration and troubleshooting of Firewall/Proxy Server. • Perform daily monitoring of network traffic and server log to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of network services is not compromised. • Investigate any security breaches detected and escalate the issue to the Manager (IT Support Services).• Monitor quarterly assessments of users’ workstations to ensure only approved and licensed software are installed. • Monitor quarterly review of system access level granted to employees to ensure that access is in accordance with the approval given by the respective Heads of Departments. • Prepare accurate and timely reporting of all IT operational activities.• Participate in all IT related projects to ensure that objectives of the projects are achieved within the prescribed time frame. • Responsible for the development of detailed procedures for the installation and maintenance of the Company’s computer systems. • Responsible for coordinating the resources required for the purpose of implementing, upgrading, and maintaining the system’s hardware, software, application development, and support necessary for the Company’s computer system. • Ensure efficient management of software, hardware and other IT supplies. • Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of IT vendors / service providers • Responsible for the overall administration and maintenance of the company’s servers. • Perform monthly testing to confirm the functionality of related devices critical to the servers to avoid disruption of services. • Perform daily backup of critical data. • Ensure timely recovery of the system in the event of disaster or other unplanned interruption (Business Continuity Plan/Data Recovery).
