1. Team leader for all matters related to HSSE-MS, Environment, Health & Project HSSE sections. Regular stand-in as Head of Department, in the absence of Head of Department. 2. Responsible for site HSSE-MS intactness, based on legal requirements, company policies and site procedures. 3. Manages and assures the investigation and learning process for all HSSE incidents, through application of Causal Learning (CL) investigation method. Currently as senior CL practitioner for site. 4. Site focal person for legal compliance assurance for key regulations & laws such as OSHA, EQA, FMA etc and other Codes of Practices and Directives.5. Lead auditor for ISO 45001 (OSH MS) and responsible for annual Management Review.6. Responsible for annual HSSE Plan, covering elements of HSSE culture, legal compliance, stakeholder management, HSSE initiatives/ campaigns & HSSE assurance. This includes proposal of annual KPIs, based on performance analysis and HSSE’s focal person for Annual Report, Sustainability Report, FTSE4Good Index and ESG.7. Pioneer and the lead for “Just Intervene” Committee since 2017, comprising multidisciplinary reps within site, striving for a sustained intervening culture amongst workers at all levels. 8. Lead for site’s HSSE Communication Improvement Initiative (SCONE II), through a structured monthly HSSE meetings. 9. Designs and executes effective HSSE Leadership Program, involving site Leadership Team.10. Designs and executes HSSE Rewarding System, to boost up motivate of workers to intervene and record observation openly. A monthly program called “CEO HSSE Award of the Month” held and the selection process involves the CEO. 11. Designs and conducts BBS program on site, developed based on issues observed from internal & external incidents. Modules are intended to improve one’s situational awareness, supervising and intervention skills, safety communication, management of rules breaker etc.

1. Crafting from scratch, the site preparedness and response plan that was later procedurized as one of site’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP). 2. Co-lead for company’s New Normal Committee that is responsible for the development of more than 20 new protocols, involving key activities during pandemic era – training, visitor and vendor entry management, daily assurance walks etc.3. Responsible for risk communication site-wide through regular Covid-19 updates and information sharing. Joint work with Corporate Affair department.4. Assures site’s compliance status for relevant SOPs issued by Authorities on Covid-19’s preventive controls. Sponsor for the monthly area assurance program, with the involvement of Leadership Team.

1. 6mo assignment during pre-MTA (3mo) and actual MTA execution (3mo). MTA18, being the longest and the most complex Turnaround in company’s history, completed with zero recordable cases with max workers of 3000 pax at peak. 2. Responsible for fit-for-purpose investigation process, conservative method was redesigned for a quick yet effective investigation process that is adaptable to MTA nature, where schedules are pack and works involve multiple and different contractor partners. 3. Key team member for a revised Consequence Management Framework covering both employees and contractors, upholding the Rules of Fair Play principle. A joint collaboration with HR, Ops, Maintenance, Contract Holders etc.4. Process owner for “Let’s Face to Face” program during MTA execution period. The key concept was to allow an open conversation over a rule-breaking reported, involving offender, his supervisor and manager with the end-goal to trigger self-improvement from within (the offender, supervisor and company), and not because of fear.5. Director & Lead Trainer for “MTA18 The Dream Team” HSSE Leadership Training. Internally designed to cater for transient workers from different HSSE culture backgrounds. The focus was to enable a solid/ mutual partnership with Contractor Partners in ensuring a GOAL ZERO MTA and to indoctrinate a vibrant/healthy safety culture across all levels together.

Started of with a graduate engineer under a an engineering section entitled Mechanical Static & ReliabilityMechanical Static Engineer - Roles, responsibility and achievement:a. Lead improvement for mechanical static related issues which generally covers pipe maintenance, pipe design, valve selection and installation, steam traps sustainability program and an approval party for temporary repair installation (eg: Insert Clamp, Box Clamp etc).b. Lead improvement program to stop the leak by studying and proposing right use of gasket for the right service and use.c. Active participation in determining hazards and associated controls to enable safe mechanical installation.d. Lead an investigation for equipment reliability issues related to mechanical static. A Certified Causal Learning Facilitator to unearth the real "causal" factors.e. Heavy involvement during Turnaround as TA engineer to supervisor all workscope taking place at night.
