As a recruiter at PT. Fei Textile Industries, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions in the textile manufacturing sector. I work with the hiring managers and the HR team to understand the hiring needs and the company culture, and to design and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes. I also leverage my skills in hiring crew, recruitment-to-recruitment, and corporate recruiting to build and maintain a strong network of talent and partners in the industry. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Laws degree at Universitas Langlangbuana, where I am interested in learning about the legal aspects of business, labor, and trade.
