• Compiling covid samples • Pipette covid samples in BSC area • Extraction of samples to obtain pure RNA• Reagent mixing (reaction solution, enzyme mix, primer and probe mix), knowing the calculation and composition of various reagents for covid samples• Pipette sample (covid RNA) with reagents• Monitoring of reagent storage and sample lysis kits so that they are not damaged• Analyzing RT-PCR results (Biorad, Kogene, Tianlong) for covid samples• Reading Cq/Ct values and curves by PCR tools• Maintenance of tools such as BSC, pipettes, extraction tools, and PCR • Manage warehouse availability starting from the entry or expenditure of laboratory materials

I did my job as a laboratory assistant with a Histology course in Medical Faculties. Courses in Animal Developmental Structure, Animal Histology and Anatomy, Animal Microtechnics and Experimental Animal Physiology.

I did an internship at the Balai Inseminasi Buatan (BIB) located in Lembang, Bandung. In this internship, I learned the process of :- Artificial insemination of cow and goat cement from animal feeding- Cement retrieval- Macroscopic and microscopic testing to the process of freezing cement straw.
