During my time at the LNG Quintero Projects Management Team, I´ve had the responsibility of leading the development of the projects, in an integral way, throughout the projects life cycle: prefeasibility, detail ing, tendering, assembly, construction, commissioning and customer delivery. I´ve had the opportunity to develop projects of many specialties such as: Civil: construction of foundations for industrial equipment, construction sheds, office remodeling, building, erosion control system (channeling, retaining walls, drains ... etc.) and works with the community. Mechanical: assembly of rotary equipment, pipelines gas/cryogenic, process water pipelines (from 8 "to 62"), metal structures, assembly of high tonnage equipment (10 to 45ton), implementation of air conditioning for offices and technical rooms, Electrical / Instrumentation: renovation of low and medium voltage equipment (transformers, cabinets), laying of power lines, interconnection of new equipment to the existing control system, implementation of new operation logics. Annual project portfolio: $ 3MMUSD with 10 to 20 projects executed.

Responsible for the generation and monitoring of the Annual Operating Plan.Constant Support to the operational and non-operational areas, in the generation of technical and administrative documentation for bidding on contracts; Technical Basis , Quote Forms , Technical and Economic Assessment of tenders.Acting as project engineer in operational projects ; field work supervision , management of work permits, logistical and operational coordination with suppliers .Responsible for the administrative tasks of the area in the SAP ERP platform.

Responsible for the generation of all the technical and administrative documentation for bidding on contracts and services; Technical Basis, quote forms, Technical and Economic Assessment of tenders.Responsible for leading the bidding processes of all major contracts ( contract bidding processes $ 300.000 USD - $ 2 MUSD).Contract administration: review and validation of billing, meetings with contractors.Field work supervision, management of work permits, logistical and operational coordination with suppliers.Responsible for the administrative management of the area in the SAP ERP platform.Stock Replacement Study. Review of the critical spare parts, defining and re-planning the purchases process, based on criticality of each spare part (Stock maximums, minimums and Point of Order ).
