Production Engineer
•Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory.•Assess and analyze current production methods.•Develop and draft an improved production process.•Design and implement cost-reductive changes.•Maximize the productivity of machinery and workers. •Create a production plan and draw up production schedules.• Schedule regular maintenance of equipment, ensure Maintenance work process is carried out properly.• Set up quality standards and ensure these are being carried out, discuss with the Quality manager for improvements.• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.• Liaise with other departments, teams, and companies.• Ensure HSE is being followed at all times.• Ensure customer orders are completed on time, delay can be inquire and take further actions on improvements.• Implement and manage systems procedures that improve the efficiency of activity and support cost down improvements.• Collate and analyze data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers.• Work with team to track the production performance and develop a process to anticipate and identify problems that could affect the scheduling.• Stay close with logistics to keep sufficient stock of all the raw material required.
