Responsibilities:•Establishing and implementing logistics procedures in line with organizational requirements.•Support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings, provide presentations, reports for the better understanding of processes and procedures.• Achieving KPI standards as set by the organizational requirement.• Controlling transportation and distribution costs by Planning the quickest and least costly transport routes.• Implement and Manage best practices for E-Com principles, policies and processes across the organization to provide a best logistical solution for operational and financial performance• Continuous Tracking of E-com shipments and monitoring the progress of each shipment.• Provide effective solutions to any discrepancy arising in the warehouse & operations.• Set departmental objectives to review and assess individual performance based on given KPIs.• Training Beginners, Entry-Level staff, and other Logistics staff.• Handling Customs Claims• Ensuring Prompt and accurate completion f all documents and formalities with the Dubai Customs Authority• Handling day-to-day activities of Dubai Customs.• Managing the requested Approval by Dubai Trade from the government authorities

Responsibilities:• Preparing Monthly Invoices of all brands• Supervising all the activity of inbound, outbound and client requests• Handling the inventory, Receiving and Deliveries of Adidas and Skechers • Coordinating with Adidas and Skechers on a daily basis regarding scheduling of containers and their priorities through email.• Responsible for Handling the daily activities of Receiving and Inventory• Handling all the ware house activities (Labour Management, Forklift and other activities)• Responsible for accurate update of delivery file for (Adidas , Skechers)• Handling Claims for damages/loss • Scheduling the FCL/LCL shipments / Space assessment with coordination of BMCs.• Daily Cross checking of HS code and COO• Coordinating with Adidas Inbound , DC Ops and POS team for daily activities• Preparing the required document for receiving• Controlling the Inventory• Stock Reconciliation (Monthly) and Stock Count (Yearly)• Stock adjustment on daily basis• Creating Custom no through WMS to produce documents for customers and forwarders • Applying BOEs for local deliveries from Dubai trade website• Applying for the Certificate of Origin ( COO )

Responsibilities:• Complete Knowledge of Incoterms• Preparing Import/Export Documents• Custom and Cargo Clearance• Online Container Tracking• Knowledge of Mirsal 2• Organize all procurement activities relating to request for proposals, sealed bids, and price Quotes• Review requisitions for completeness and accuracy; follow up on discrepancies with the initiating department; identify available suppliers for each requisitioned item.• Preparing all the purchase orders and sending to the approved vendors & suppliers via fax or email.• Making fluently follow-up for all the local and international vendors via calling or email conversation.• Organize and maintain computerized records containing vendor and bid information.• Receive, open, screen, log and date stamps bid responses/quotations, mail as required and organize bids for review by the specialist.• Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining general files, typing, data entry, opening mail, and completing and processing standard purchasing forms.• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments as requested; respond to inquiries which do not require the personal attention of the Procurement Specialist.• Correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability, and delivery.• Assist in answering incoming calls.
