Yield Enhancement Engineer
CurrentMy core duties as a Yield Enhancement Engineer include statistically evaluating parameters from the electrical wafer acceptance test. I am also in charge of determining how the manufacturing process affects the quality of our wafers. It is my responsibility to identify the links between the manufacturing process, the electrical evaluation in the wafer acceptance test, and the probing/functional results at the device level. Overall, my role as a Yield Enhancement Engineer is critical in ensuring the high quality of our wafers and developing strategies to optimize the manufacturing process for higher yield.
Master Thesis Student
I worked on characterizing a MEMS piezoresistive absolute pressure sensing element in a test structure for measuring vacuum quality beneath the membrane.Job responsibilities included the following:1. Analyzed and evaluated existing measurement methods and structures.2. Reviewed and revised the existing measurement program.3. Inspected existing defect patterns in the pressure sensor manufacturing process using developed measurement techniques.4. Calculated and simulated the electrical and mechanical properties of the test insert using readily available software such as ANSYS.5. Worked on improving the measurement structure and methodology.6. I worked in a capacity of Internee Engineer, where I have learnt about PLC programming and enhance my understanding of different Electrical devices like PLC (Siemens, Delta and Mitsubishi), HMI, VFDs’ and digital indicating controller (BCS2). My Internship based on three departments in which I have worked as an internee,names as follow:o Equipment Control Room (ECR)o RADARo Aeronautical Message Handling System(AMHS) ➢ In ECR, I observed that all the equipment sent there for maintenance. ECR deals with Digital Voice Logging System and Public Address System.➢ In Radar section its primary purpose was to detect presence of aircraft but nowadays it is used for a wide array of applications primarily to detect precipitation and other meteorological events Two RADARs are placed their one is primary RADAR and other is secondary RADAR.➢ In AMHS, I understand that how they communicates. It is a department where they provided telecommunication knowledge about gateways and servers used by CAA.
