My core duties as a Yield Enhancement Engineer include statistically evaluating parameters from the electrical wafer acceptance test. I am also in charge of determining how the manufacturing process affects the quality of our wafers. It is my responsibility to identify the links between the manufacturing process, the electrical evaluation in the wafer acceptance test, and the probing/functional results at the device level. This enables me to identify optimization opportunities and implement them in improvement projects.I maintain close contact with our international customers and serve as a dedicated partner in identifying their needs and developing joint solutions. Overall, my role as a Yield Enhancement Engineer is critical in ensuring the high quality of our wafers and developing strategies to optimize the manufacturing process for higher yield.

I worked on characterizing a MEMS piezoresistive absolute pressure sensing element in a test structure for measuring vacuum quality beneath the membrane.Job responsibilities included the following:1. Analyzed and evaluated existing measurement methods and structures.2. Reviewed and revised the existing measurement program.3. Inspected existing defect patterns in the pressure sensor manufacturing process using developed measurement techniques.4. Calculated and simulated the electrical and mechanical properties of the test insert using readily available software such as ANSYS.5. Worked on improving the measurement structure and methodology.6. Incorporated developed enhancements into the standard PCM process.

Worked in the Precision and Measurement Department on an ongoing study involving the Direct Laser Lithography technique. I studied and researched the z-scan and reflection mode z-scan techniques for nonlinear absorption and nonlinear refractive index measurement. Additionally, I designed a microscopic confocal system using Auto-desk Inventor and MATLAB for measuring nonlinear absorption and nonlinear refractive index in the reflection mode of the z-scan.

Being an Electronics and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer, I experienced and well known about process industry’s atmosphere. Currently working on an automation project of Rays Control entitled as “Curing Press Data Monitoring & Control System” (SCADA System) at General Tyre and Rubber Company. Job Responsibilities: ➢ Designing and Maintenance of Electrical Panels.➢ Maintenance and Installation of Instruments on Field.➢ Designing of HMI’s.➢ Troubleshoot and Design PLC programs.➢ Making of Project Reports.➢ Designing of technical drawings.➢ Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Scada System.➢ Monitoring and maintaining (carefully) set points of all parameters of Scada system.➢ Controlling and monitoring the whole curing plant through SCADA Based system.➢ Make sure that whole system working nonstop.➢ Troubleshoot the problems using thoroughly reading of drawing, if any occurs.➢ Report to all concerning departments about any mishap.➢ Rectify the problem in order to minimize the down time.

I worked in a capacity of Internee Engineer, where I have learnt about PLC programming and enhance my understanding of different Electrical devices like PLC (Siemens, Delta and Mitsubishi), HMI, VFDs’ and digital indicating controller (BCS2). Job Responsibilities:I provided course instruction to the student who came there to learn Advance Industrial Automation course and my duty was to taught them basic PLC programming (ladder logic) including PLC wiring and Input connections and application problems to make build understanding about counters, timers, latching circuit and analog input like RTD, Thermocouple and motor RPM. In mind storm I also design PLC trainer for hands on wiring by which students can easily learn PLC wiring and connection.

My Internship based on three departments in which I have worked as an internee,names as follow:o Equipment Control Room (ECR)o RADARo Aeronautical Message Handling System(AMHS) ➢ In ECR, I observed that all the equipment sent there for maintenance. ECR deals with Digital Voice Logging System and Public Address System.➢ In Radar section its primary purpose was to detect presence of aircraft but nowadays it is used for a wide array of applications primarily to detect precipitation and other meteorological events Two RADARs are placed their one is primary RADAR and other is secondary RADAR.➢ In AMHS, I understand that how they communicates. It is a department where they provided telecommunication knowledge about gateways and servers used by CAA.
