My responsibilities are to Install, setup, and monitor local area network (LAN) on a customer side, Configuration and set-up of all new server sys-tems required internally for the company’s activities which includes, As-terisk, Vicidial, Proxy, File Server, Domain Controller, Backup Server, DHCP, Linux Proxy Servers, MikroTik etc. and provide telephone and desktop support to customers.

My responsibilities as an IT Supervisor are monitoring day to day function Of the IT Department and installing, maintaining and supporting servers, LAN, WLAN within an organization or between organizations, trouble-shooting common hardware software issues, I am also responsible for data and network security and back-up.

My major duties during internship were to troubleshoot the network and the internet in the campus and to create a new network where required. I was also looking after the server room in the campus in the absence of network administrator and I have also a computer lab in my supervision.
