– Performing multiple processes to capture customer surveys by utilizing different methods of communicating through Social Media, WhatsApp, and Calls with our customers all around the Middle East and the United Kingdom to drive continuous business improvement and ensure a highly competitive customer satisfaction rate.– Contributing to the delivery of effective proper and accurate refunds and re-payments for any case no matter how complex it is.– Receiving and recording complaints and compliments across our communication channels in line with the complaints procedure. While executing live reports to our operation managements all over our logistical coverage in 35 cities.– Effectively investigate and respond to all complaints on behalf of the company on Social Media, WhatsApp, and Inbound/outbound calls in line with our Policy in order to resolve the customer complaint as a right-first-time solution.– Referring and ‏directing potential business partners to the ‏most suitable individuals in the company, which eventually turned into agreements with multiple parties and companies that involves sales and marketing areas of interest.– Support the development of the complaints and compliments to ensure it ‏sustains to meet the intended business values.

– Being a part of the (Deanship of Students' Affairs) and taking a role in the Media Department and the Corporate Communications.– Helping in writing official eloquent statements to other administrations and departments in both Arabic and English.– Designing and drafting posters and banners to promote the deanship’s programs.

– Developed and implemented several strategical sales approaches and methods and strategies to achieve corporate objectives for the number of sold units.– Managing and keeping records of our daily visits and effectively reporting it to the sales director by sending day-to-day E-mails with a report of our customers' information. – Informing the customers with the proper knowledge which is related to the Housing Ministry’s programs and providing them with policies and marketing documentation.– Handle the relationship with clients, with an all-day service to their questions and needs to my number.– Giving tours and site visits to the potential buyers, explaining every aspect of our units including their specific lands’ surface area and room sizes.
