Fawaz Elmalki is an English and Canadian (Québec) qualified lawyer with 25 years’ experience in corporate law with a focus on investment fund formation and asset management matters. He advises a wide range of fund managers and sponsors on all aspects of structuring, formation and operations of PE funds, VC funds and hedge funds. He also acts for investors in these funds and his practice includes advising a number of international family offices on their investments.
