I am the founder of CurveUp, a learning and development company that specializes in facilitative training for MSME entrepreneurs and academic professionals. With over 12 years of experience in education technology and 10 years of experience in consulting and lecturing, I have designed, delivered, and engaged over 3000 learners across 10+ countries. My passion for education and innovation started with launching the first live online tutoring platform in Sri Lanka, Global Tutor, which won me the Global Student Entrepreneur Award in 2015. Since then, I have explored various opportunities and challenges in the global EduTech market, such as partnering with Skills Future and Microsoft Education in Singapore, and selling 250 million LKR worth of EduTech products and services in Sri Lanka. As a facilitative trainer, I follow the DDE (Design-Deliver-Engagement) process to create impactful and customized learning solutions for my clients. I am also a Google Certified Educator, a CIM ACIM Member, and a Springboard Amplifier Programme participant.
