I was selling Kallummakkaya Nirachathu (A Malabar special dish with mussels) and I used to get orders from people who are far from my locality. The ambition to make my food globally available took me to CIFT in Kochi to develop heat sterilized Kallummakkaya Nirachathu which can be stored in room temperature for 12 months without refrigeration and zero preservatives. Cift is central institute to promote research and developments in Agri & Seafood related products. Now we have 10+ products in the list. In and around Malabar cuisine. Served 25,000+ customers.
