I am a successful program manager with a passion for research and data. Working in nonprofit and local government settings has afforded me opportunities to solve unique business problems and enhance access to services for vulnerable and underserved populations. Throughout my career I have won competitive, private, formula, and block grants at the federal, state, and local levels, and sustained or grown funding through the strategic management of those grants. I am experienced in the entire grant life cycle, budget development, budget and report compliance, and the grant audit process. I have also conducted program evaluations, generated surveys, and designed and conducted IRB approved research with robust analysis and data visualizations for programs. As a program manager I align my work with an organization's goals and objectives, guiding teams and strategic actions accordingly. Properly identifying stakeholders, understanding their roles, and building and maintaining relationships with them is key to performing my work and ensuring an initiative’s success.
