- Implementing and monitoring company processes and procedures for all aspects of the business.- Competent person for health and safety - Implementing and monitoring company health and safety management system- Completing all company risk assessments and ongoing reviews- Ensuring the company complies with its duties as Principal Contractor under CDM. - Designing and responsibility for the company training programme, which included monitoring employees training renewals, providing H&S inductions for new starters and ongoing refresher training throughout employment.- Reviewing subcontractors’ H&S documentation to ensure compliance in all areas such as RAMS, training records, insurances etc. - Completing in house audits for all H&S systems and actioning any improvements needed- Completing all accident investigations and actioning any improvements needed.- Implementing and maintaining companies Lloyds Register National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS) accreditation. - Completing all H&S accreditation renewals (CHAS, SafeContractor and Constructionline)- Ensuring company complied with all statutory regulations.

- First point of contact for all client queries- Issuing client reminders and monthly updates- Creating H&S documentation templates and forms- Providing admin support for completing H&S accreditations (SSIP, CHAS, SafeContractor, Constructionline, SMAS)
