As a Career Development Staff at the Badan Pengurus of HMM ITB 2024- 2025, I am responsible for contributing to initiatives that enhance the professional growth of members. My role involves organizing skill-based engineering training programs, such as preparing participants for SolidWorks certification, etc, and hosting career-focused seminars to provide valuable insights into various industries. By coordinating these impactful programs, I aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, empowering members to excel in their professional journeys.

During my internship at the Creative Communication and Information Bureau (BKKI) of BP HMM ITB, my friends and I learned about social media marketing through tutorials with Head and some members of BKKI HMM ITB. We were taught how to make content interesting, visually attractive, and not boring. Our task was to create at least one post each month for HMM ITB's social media. Additionally, we had to learn how to effectively convey information in a clear and engaging way. This experience helped us understand digital marketing and improve our skills in making compelling online content while communicating information effectively.

Subdivision: ProductAs an Associate of Product in the Society of Renewable Energy, I play a multifaceted role in supporting and mentoring members. I serve as a mentor and speaker in active learning sessions, sharing knowledge and fostering skill development. Additionally, I collaborate with division managers and leaders to plan and organize training agendas for members. These initiatives are designed to prepare members for community service projects in rural areas, specifically focusing on developing renewable energy conversion tools utilizing biomass.

Member of Propulsion and Power Departement for UAV at Technology Development Propulsion - Electronic Speed Controller (TD-ESC) Team. This team focuses on developing innovations in one of the important components of UAV or drone vehicles, namely the Electronic Speed ​​Controller (ESC), which is generally known as a speed regulator for 3-phase BLDC motors with AC power. This innovation is an important assessment for the Kontes Robot Terbang Indonesia (KRTI) competition.

As the head of the Media and Information Division at BPA Orpheus Engine, I lead a team of 10 members divided into five roles (PIC): Photographer, Videographer, Instagram, and Copywriter (Information), and TikTok. The Photographer captures documentation of all activities within the organization, while the Videographer not only documents but also handles video editing requests. The Copywriter focuses on crafting informative broadcasts for the group, and the Instagram and TikTok roles involve creating content to be viewed by external audiences on social media platforms. Together, we work collaboratively to ensure effective communication and engaging visual representation of our activities.

Gained valuable experience discussing and analyzing ISO's AD/ART. Actively participated in engaging discussions on key articles, gaining insights into ISO's structure and operational mechanisms. Additionally, assisted in collecting votes for the ISO 2023 elections, witnessing the democratic principles underlying the organization. Overall, this internship enriched understanding of governance, decision-making, and fostered passion for effective organizational processes.

Division : PublicationSub-Division : PropagandaAs the Sub Division of Propaganda that was newly established in the year 2023 at OSKM ITB 2023, our mission is to create captivating and innovative propaganda materials for the Student Orientation Program at ITB. By designing and crafting standees, spinwheels, ashtrays, the iconic OSKM ITB 2023 mascot, and more, we aim to spread awareness and generate enthusiasm among students to participate and contribute actively. These propaganda items are strategically placed around ITB and its surrounding areas to ensure maximum visibility and reach. Collaboration with other divisions like Property and Costume enhances our creative output, enabling us to create a memorable and engaging orientation experience for all incoming students at ITB.

Content Creator and Co-Founder of @math_lust instagram account, working as a creative and material maker. Has held 1st and 2nd Lust Mathematical Competition (LMC), have positions as creative, problems maker, co-head of the competition, collects and handles thousands of participant data, and in charge of participants.Math Lust created on July, 2019. Original purpose was formed so that Math Lust could become a learning reference for students students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our initial content contains only discussion of the problems we encounter in various books or competition, not yet discussing the material. However, after the joining of two friends who are willing to create content together, finally we started to create content that contains materials good material in school or not. Three of us, is a high school student who of course has responsibility for the task at school each other's schools, but thankfully we can manage @math_lust, which initially received little attention from the public, it finally started growing quite rapidly over the course of two months. We hope to always share math content that can enjoyed by society.
