• Accurately raising Collective Investment Income accruals using Hiportfolio,• Liaising with Fund Manager to identify most recent rate in market minimising impact on funds.• Processing Collective Investment Income Tax Vouchers issued by Fund Manager making business decisions to reflect either reinvesting units or distributing Income.• Setting up new assets for Collectives, Bonds and Equities in Hiportfolio in accordance with Fund Managers investment portfolios and to reflect data correctly supplied from Interactive Date and Bloomberg.• Identify Corporate Actions issued by a Public Company that affect the securities issued by the company impacting Shareholders.• Recording New Events received from Custodian reflected in the market; updating current Corporate Actions with new information.

• Monitoring department inbox and responding to complex queries submitted by all areas of Barclays within SLA of 24 hours.• Main point of contact for 4 Large Business Customers, answering any queries they may have in a timely manner. • Allocate funds received for customers, ensuring these are undertaken efficiently and correctly.• Working on high profile projects to reconcile large accounts; investigating unidentified and unallocated payments.• Liaising with Relationship Managers and Bank clients as required. • Providing excellent Customer Service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the utmost discretion and highest customer service levels achieved.
