As well as the Credit Representative role, I am also involved in a project for a new system (AX) 50-75% of the time as the SME for Accounts Receivable and Payables. This is currently being implemented in France (Bricard) with a Go-Live of 1st July 2017, I currently travel to France 1-2 weeks per month and will continue on the project as we implement other.

• Greens Analysis – this involves working with Quality and looking into the reasons/cost of why we return to site. Speaking to the installation engineers/regional managers and workshop to establish the reasons why. Also.

Managing the other Project Coordinators and working closely with the engineers to make sure all of the installations run efficiently. Processing orders, assisting sales staff and store manager as required, answering all telephone enquiries, dealing with service issues and supervising service managers/organising their day, stock control, cash handling, finance, problem solving, liaising on a daily basis with Head office/Area managers/suppliers/customers and all other staff, using computer.

Selling re-mortgages through telesales, arranging visits with customers for the underwriting team, working in a target driven environment, working as part of a team and individually.
