Working on different projects: • Greens Analysis – this involves working with Quality and looking into the reasons/cost of why we return to site. Speaking to the installation engineers/regional managers and workshop to establish the reasons why. Also going through timesheets etc to gain an accurate labour cost.• Credit Collection – this involves working with Finance and working through outstanding monies owed. Speaking to customers, estimating and invoicing departments to try and recover the money.

Continuing the role of Project Coordinator and Team Leader but due to the office moving to Kent, the role involved the training of 4 new members of staff. Traveling to Kent on a weekly basis (Monday-Friday).

Continuing my role of a Project Coordinator but with additional responsibilities. Managing the other Project Coordinators and working closely with the engineers to make sure all of the installations run efficiently. Control over the monthly backlog, making sure each job is invoiced once complete – this is done on every other day. The main point of contact for any issues from customers, regional managers and installation engineers. Control/responsibility over the planning board.

Processing orders, planning and delegating workload for installation engineers, co-ordination of pre-installation risk assessment, constant contact with customers for planned or outstanding work, assisting with queries and problem solving, scheduling labour for installations – in advance and at short notice, organising travel – hotel/flights/ferries for engineers, organising hire equipment/method statements/risk assessments/site access, controlling and ordering sub-contractors, managing a monthly backlog. Team Leader.

Processing orders, assisting sales staff and store manager as required, answering all telephone enquiries, dealing with service issues and supervising service managers/organising their day, stock control, cash handling, finance, problem solving, liaising on a daily basis with Head office/Area managers/suppliers/customers and all other staff, using computer system to store all information, filing.

Selling re-mortgages through telesales, arranging visits with customers for the underwriting team, working in a target driven environment, working as part of a team and individually.
