Crafting with light for over 15 years, I am an accomplished Lighting Designer with a commercial and innovative approach to creative design, project management, business development and strategic leadership. Establishing my career with John Cullen Lighting in London, I relocated to Australia in 2015 and played an integral role in the growth and expansion of industry leaders such as Glowing Structures and All Studio. Guiding and mentoring emerging creative talent, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing profitable partnerships, I am motivated by working with multidisciplinary teams to build sustainable businesses and create memorable lighting experiences for clients worldwide.Specialising in heritage projects early in my career, I had the honour of illuminating historic buildings like Westminster Abbey’s Jerusalem Chamber and Madresfield Court in the United Kindgom and The Forum Theatre and Chapel Street Arcade in Melbourne, Australia. My work also encompasses a broad range of award-winning commercial and residential projects with accolades from the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) and the [d]arc awards.With a passion for supporting emerging talent and professional development across the design industry, my experience includes lecturing at London’s KLC School of Interior Design and the Australian Institute of Architects (AiA). An active member of Women in Lighting (WIL) and a Global Mentor for the Silhouette Awards, I have also contributed to various media platforms including House and Garden, House Beautiful, and Build It magazines and Karen Le Blanc's TV show, "The Design Tourist".I am excited to continue working at the intersection of design and business leadership, leveraging my creative and strategic approach to drive growth and innovation in lighting design globally.
