WM: Retailer can’t avoid “per claim” deductible by aggregating many claims into "superclaim;" also, economic losses due to insured's product failure are not "PD."• LLOYDS v. SIC and SANDS HARBOR: Denial of Concurrent Co-Insurer's SJ motion seeking declaration that it was excess; Concurrent Co-Insurers with identical Other Insurance provisions are co-primary for duty-to-defend.• OCIC V. GARDEN Of EAT’N: SJ granted under Employer’s Liability exclusion; trip-and-fall on way to car is related to employment despite employee having clocked out.
