I am dedicated to winemaking excellence, carefully selecting the finest grapes from my own vineyards in Temecula Valley and Lodi in Northern California. At my facility, I rigorously test every critical step of winemaking.My passion is the final product, a wine that can compete with the best wines in the world. Knowing the importance of involvement and insight into vineyard management, good winemakers begin the winemaking journey as early as the spring when the grapes produce small berries. Through strict canopy control, moderate irrigation restrictions, and proper control of vitality, each bunch of grapes is fully exposed to the sun, which in turn breeds rich, rich flavors and deep, mellow colors.Throughout the summer and into harvest, I always diligently observe the growth of the grapes closely, test and inspect them frequently, and strive to achieve the best state of each grape, laying a solid foundation for brewing amazing wines.
