I am a mum of two children, Sleep Consultant and Co-Director of Little Dreams Consulting Ltd plus franchisor at Little Dreams Franchise Ltd. I trained under Dana Obleman of Sleep Sense and have also had comprehensive training from The Sleep Charity (UK), who offer sleep services on the NHS in the North West. I am a qualified social worker, specialising in mental health for the last 7 years. I am registered with Social Care Wales and am a member of the British Sleep Society and Association of Professional Sleep Consultants.Little Dreams Consulting has grown to a team of 5 to help more families achieve a better nights sleep and have recently launched our franchise so that more families can get the benefit of sleep!
