• Manages the office of the Medical Director & Homeless Health Director by prioritizing and coordinating all administration functions• Coordinate meetings for several committees, Hepatitis C and Quality of Care Board of Directors, which entail room bookings, catering , preparing and collating the agenda items, recording and typing the minutes• Performs general administrative duties including drafting letters, creating databases, preparing expense statements, arranges teleconference calls, webinars, coordinates travel and hotel accommodation for staff• Coordinates the Physician Meetings, credentialing, APP negotiations and administrative functions for the Group Physicians• Responsible for coordinating and orientation of Medical Students, (Clinical Clerks and Residents)• Supports the Hepatitis C department which includes monitoring the budget, handles and reconciles all petty cash, and tokens• Demonstrates the ability to deal with confidential material and matters, typing reprimand letters and performance appraisals• Maintain the attendance records, vacation requests and lieu times for several departments
