CurrentCurrently on contract at BC Hydro.Currently managing multiple System Improvement and Customer projects throughout the province, ranging from 500k to 9 million, all in different stages of their lifecycles- Developing detailed costs estimates in order to get funding approval- Developing and maintaining the project plan, schedule, budget and monitoring and tracking costs and progress- Managing multiple external engineering and design consultants- Working with internal contract management, environment, safety, First Nations and property departments to ensure all project requirements are met- Working with external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTI), municipalities and other utilitiesManage the Closed Transition Transfer ProgramInitiated and managed the Pole Renewal Project consisting of:- monitoring and tracking the current process- developed and executed a process to outsource pole designs to multiple external design firms - collaborated with BCH Design to develop the scope of requirements for external designs and establish a QA process- developed a change management plan and associated messaging - Investigate and analyze problems and develop solutions, including continued process improvementsDeveloped and executed a 2.2 million EPCM Pilot Project to test the viability of a complete design-build outsourceCurrently on contract to StoneRidge Management Consultants Coordinate the safety requirements for Distribution, Transmission and Generation utility projects Develop Work packages and develop Owners Safety plans
