ROYAL COMMISSION FOR JUBAIL & YANBURESPONSIBILITIES:•Implement OH&S Management System & loss prevention program.•Responsible for ensuring compliance with all Client HSE requirements through monitoring.•To implement and to achieve Yearly HSE Objectives as per schedule.•Assist/advise the site team of possible hazards, risks involved in their activities.•Plays a leading role in Risk assessments Preparation.•Give suggestions of specialized training for technical team/staff to have effective control on hazards at site.•Ensure Equipment are third party certified and calibration certificate.•Conduct awareness session/training on ERP (Emergency Response Plan) to the workforce.•Conduct a gas test to detect hazardous gases prior to starting any activity in a specific work zone.•Conduct monthly inspections for fire fighting and fire prevention equipment and tools such as Fire Extinguishers, fire alarms, fire hoses, fire blankets, gas detectors etc.•Ensure the provision of fire fighting and safety related material such as Fire Extinguishers, fire alarms, Smoke detectors, fire blankets, first aid boxes etc.•To ensure the availability and strict compliance of PPEs at site.•Ensure daily inspection of work area/site, tools & construction equipment’s prior to start work.•To conduct/attend weekly & monthly safety meetings.•HSE Induction of new arrivals at site.•Ensure first aid kit and first aid room meets all required standards.•To Prepare, maintain & communicate records of all injuries & property damage.•To promote motivational activities to increase Health Safety & Environmental awareness at site.•Conduct training session on risk assessment of all activities for the workforce.•Participate in accident/incidents investigations•Prepare investigation reports.

PROJECTS:-Well Site Construction (BHIT, BADRA, KADANWARI - GAS FIELD PROJECTS)-Construction of NAIMAT GAS PLANT PHASE-5 WORK WITH CLIENT ORGANIZATIONS:-ENI PAKISTAN LIMITED.-OMV (PAKISTAN) EXPLORATION GMBH.-UEP (UNITED ENERGY PAKISTAN). RESPONSIBILITIES:• Conduct and keeping records of induction trainings of new employees• Conduct and keeping records of inhouse awareness session of employees in different HSE topics.• Maintain the records of TRA (task risk assessments).• Maintaining record of occupational first aid injuries, and illness.• Record minutes of meeting and send follow up emails.• Maintain and filing of work permits records.• Maintain and record safety checklists of heavy equipment’s, firefighting equipment’s, scaffolding structure, and other power tools.• Checking and filing of health safety and environmental documentation. (drills records, tbt records, trainings records, daily observations, rectification reports, PPE’s issuing register, daily HSE reports, weekly HSE reports, monthly HSE reports).• Assist in supporting external audits, coordinating activities in backroom, and ensuring timely response to documentation requests for auditors.• Record and share HSE statistics daily, weekly, monthly & yearly.• Attending safety meetings with QHSE Manager/In-charge.• Responsible for coordination of controlled documentation within the company.• Respond to user requests for documentation and or certification.• Set up project filing systems as requested.
