Managing a team size of 16 recruiters and multiple stakeholders under these segments.Responsibilities include:Lead a team of associate and senior technical recruiters, working to fill roles both externally and internally across several markets. Drive accountability for production through accurate reporting, training, and development. Aid in the creation and lead regular training programs on topics including but not limited to full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing for diversity, internal processes/procedures, ATS use (bullhorn), daily planning, negotiation, and much more. Aid in driving business by working cross-functionally with business development managers and leaders. Identify areas of opportunity and put process and procedures into place to ensure we run more efficiently, effectively, and productively across the company. Conduct Monthly team performance reviews with respective Team Leads.Business review meetings - MBR’s, QBRs with senior leaders/Stakeholders.Accountable for bringing Diversity and Inclusion within the teams and managing attrition.Act as an escalated point of contact for conflict resolution within the team.Accountable for meeting and exceeding division goals.Setting KPIs & expectations for the teams.Translate business goals to individual team goals.
