I have responsibility for budget-setting and control, strategy planning and delivery, talent and succession planning, practice growth and expansion and operations management. I sit on the firm’s Management Boards (Strategy and Operations), Finance Committee and Risk Committee and work with a diverse range of stakeholders across the partnership. I am also a Non-Exec Director of 5CL trading as Eleven Advisory, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lewis Silkin LLP which provides strategic and corporate finance advice to media, tech and digital clients.As co-head of the firm’s Education and Social Mobility Group I am a passionate advocate for Lewis Silkin’s Responsible Business commitments, in particular improving access to opportunities which will enable children and young adults to realise their full potential.In 2015 I completed the Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy at London Business School. I have worked in the legal sector for over 20 years, including 15 years as a solicitor and then partner at Wedlake Bell LLP, a top 100 UK law firm.
