Born in London England, Fay moved to Long Island as a child and grew up working for her parent's food business. This is where she learned the art of customer service at the tender age of 12 years old. After college, she took a position as a development manager for a huge national retailer. She literally had to "set up shop" in almost every major city in the U.S., to hire and train staff for new stores. Fay's first exposure to real estate was through coordinating with the commercial landlords of the retail spaces she was setting up all over the country.
