Verify client completes documents correctly and indicate required food components and quantities for planned participants indicated on document. Assist my team with verification of attendance counts, enrollment forms, and income forms. Assist in filing documents. Contact clients by phone when needing to clarify information entered on forms/paperwork as well as to request needed forms/paperwork.

As a Front Desk Sales Representative, I was responsible for supervising the operation of the front desk by performing such duties as checking in and out guests, handling reservations, performing cash and credit card transactions, handling guest concerns/complaints, operating switchboard and completing required shift reports. In 1996, I was promoted to Front Desk Sales Representative II. In this position, I performed all the duties of the FDSR. I also was responsible for assisting the GM with administrative duties, such as daily reports, credit card reversals, bank deposits, accounts receivables, travel agent research, rooming lists, office supply inventory, and breakfast supply inventory. I also trained front desk staff in technical duties, guest service skills and telephone skills. I also served as the Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the General Manager.

In 1978, I started at La Quinta Inn as a Room Attendant. In this position I was responsible for cleaning the guest rooms according to La Quinta standards. I also responded to guest requests for such things as extra supplies, information about the hotel, provided directions, and answered questions concerning the hotel or area attractions and events. In 1979, I was promoted to the position of Front Desk Sales Representative. In this position, I was responsible for supervising the operation of the front desk by performing such duties as checking in and out guests, handling reservations, performing cash and credit card transactions, handling guest concerns/complaints, operating switchboard and completing required shift reports. I also assisted in any other duties requested by the general manager.
